Requirement :-

Clinical Research Quality Specialist

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field, or relevant equivalent work experience

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines global and local ethical and regulatory research requirements

• Knowledge and experience regarding the conduct of compliance activities, site and process audits or reviews to meet GCP standards preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in the clinical research including phase II-IV global studies

• On-site monitoring experience preferred

• Experience and/or qualifications in the training clinical research staff desirable

• Good written and verbal communication skills including good presentation skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office packages

• High attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of

changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments

• Ability and willingness to travel
