PRODUCTION FORMULATIONS

Filling. Testing & Packing (Ampoule):

Designation :- Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification : armacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Sc.

Required skills :- 

Knowledge of cGMP requirements and aseptic filling operation and handling of Filling equipments.

Hands on experience of Testing and Packing of products with different pack profiles. Maintenance of sterile area and GDP activities

Designation :- Officer/Sr.Officer

Qualification :- B.Sc./Diploma(Mechanical)/ITI 

Required skills :- Knowledge of cGMP requirements ands asepticilling & sealing operation. Hands on experience to run efficiently Ampoule Washing Machine with PLCy SystemAmpoule Filling Machine, Autoclavequipment and Ampoule / Vials sticker labelling machine and Inkjet printer/ Bar Coding equipment

ENGINEERING
Process Maintenance (Ampoule Machine):

Designation :- Officer/Sr. Officer

Qualification :- Diploma(Mechanical)/ITI

Required skills :- 
Ampoule Filling & Sterilizing Tunnel and Washing Machine maintenance works.

Attending to preventive and breakdown maintenance of all process equipments & packing equipments in injectable facility.
