Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Description:

Responsible to purification Process Development, scale up and manufacturing of biomolecules like Polysacccharides/proteins/VLPs under CGLP/ cGMP conditions.
Execute the downstream operations.
Filling the Protocols/BPR process documents on time.
Data mining, sorting and escalate the results or observations to line manager.
Materials readiness, preparation of buffers and ensure the pre-requisites for the batch (GLP/cGMP). Getting the results from QC, raising requests to CFTs
Purification of polysaccharides/proteins and virus like particles using chromatography, filtration and other techniques.
Proven skills in purification of proteins/VLPs/peptides/ polysaccharides.
Handling of FPLC systems AKTA Avant and AKTA pilot and column packing etc.
Experience on Techniques-cell lysis, filtration, TFF, precipitation, chromatography, handling of inclusion bodies, Disassembly, reassembly.
