Position: Assistant Clinical Project
Manager / Clinical Project Manager
Department: Clinical Development
Qualification: MSc / M Pharmacy
Experience : minimum 2 years’ experience as Clinical Trial Lead or minimum 4 years as Sr. Clinical Research Associate
Job Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Leads study team of internal and external partners in planning and execution of studies within the clinical plan.
Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and ensures trial close out and retrieval of trial materials
within stipulated timelines.
Interacts closely with investigator sites to plan and execute the study at each site.
Operates at project level under the joint supervision of respective Project Managers and the responsible Clinical Operations Manager.
Works with team to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plans.
Contributes to the development and update of project planning documents, essential study documents, project manuals / instructions and clinical department SOPs.
Review of monitoring reports, study status, site documents, eCRF and other study specific document required for internal and external stakeholders and regulatory included.
Ensures clinical trials conduct in accordance with country’s regulations, Good Clinical Practice regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
Evaluate quality and integrity of CRAS/other team/study site members practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations.
Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions/notifications and approvals, recruitment and enrolment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution.
Responsible for internal and external audits and query resolution of the projects assigned.
