VACANCY DETAILS :
- Department: DMPK
- Position : Scientist
- Qualification : M Pharmacy ( Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) / MSc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry).
- Experience : 6 to 8 years or Ph.D. with 2-5 years’ experience
Job Location: Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
- Proficient in conducting permeability and transporter experiments using CaCo2, MDCK cell line, PAMPA, HEK cells, etc.
- Expertise in conducting in-vitro ADME assay like CYP induction, inhibition, TDI/MBI, etc.
- Knowledge on DDI and regulatory guidance on conduct of transporter studies and hands-on experience of conducting such experiments.
- Responsible for preparation of relevant SOP, protocols, reports, etc. to support various regulatory and non regulatory submission.
- Expertise in analysing and interpretation of transporter results using mass spectrometry techniques, triple quad and HRMS systems.
- Basic understanding of various concepts of DMPK and good communication skills.
