Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist (Assay Development)
Experience; 3- 10 years experience in the below Skill set.
Skill Set required –
- Development of biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa, etc)
- Screening of NCEs using validated biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays using different technologies as specified above
- Â Hands-on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
- Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell-based assay’s
- Drafting technical write up’s for proposals to be submitted to clients
- Experimental record management
- Laboratory equipment management
Associate Scientist (PCET- Animal Pharmacology)
Compulsory education; Must be a Master (or equivalent) in Pharmacology (M. Pharm), Veterinary Science (M.VSc), Pharmacology & Toxicology
experience; 6 – 10 years of experience in the relevant industry.
SKILLS;
- Designing, planning, and carrying out preclinical & ex-vivo experiments in Therapeutic areas – Pain, Inflammation, Fibrosis & toxicology
- Identifying & establishing a new pharmacological model based on the requirements
-  Lab animal handling – mice, rats, guinea pigs & rabbits
- Â Able to perform test material administration via various routes in rodents
- Data collection, compilation, analysis (using excel, SSPS, Prism, etc.,) and interpreting
- Â writing IAEC protocols, study protocols, and reports, Preparing and presenting power point preparation
- Coordinating with all cross-function teams like DMPK, in vitro & formulation
- Inventory management of chemicals, consumables, etc.,

Education: MVSC / M Pharmacy- Pharmacology.

Experience: 1-3 yrs experience in techniques such as Biochemical and Cell-based assays, qPCR, High throughput Screening, FRET, Mammalian Cell culture, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry.
Education: MSc / M Tech – Biotechnology / Biochemistry.
