Experience: 2-6 years
Job Description :
- Responsible for technology transfer /process scale up and managing pilot plant facility with day to day activities.
- Adhere to company’s safety norms and ensuring pilot plant team to follow the same.
- Evaluate process safety data requirements and co ordination with safety team to generate the safety data. Evaluation of safety data and implementation of same during scale up activities.
- Generate mass balance and material balance.
- Should have good knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, heat transfer and mass transfer operation.
- Evaluating suitable equipment to perform scale up activities.
- Effective utilization of equipment’s to increase the productivity and equipment occupancy.
- Co-ordinate with all cross functional team to ensure smooth technology transfer.
- Provide innovative solution to resolve scale up challenges / problems.
- Investigation and Troubleshooting the plant / process.
- Preparation of SOP’s and keeping up to date with relevant documents such as equipment maintenance, batch record, pilot plant report etc.
EHS – Process safety Jobs
Position : Executive / Sr Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Role:
Process safety Lab role. Equipment handling -RC1e, TSU, RSD, ARC, DSC…Etc., & Powder safety equipment’s.
PS Data interpretations, Participation in HAZOP’s / what if analysis
Experience required: 3-5 years.
Qualification: B Tech Chemical Engineering.
