Roles & Responsibility:
- To plan and carry out experiments (reactions) on a day-to-day basis
- Should carry out experiments based on the work plan provided by the supervisor
- To provide regular updates on reaction/s and other lab activities carried out to Superior
- To bring in innovations wherever possible, to save on cost and unit operations
- To be up to date with new technologies around by reading (articles/publications) and interacting with team members
- Be aware of the responsibility for the right quality, quantity, and on-time deliver
- Should carry out experiments based on the work plan provided by the supervisor
