Production:
Operation, Cleaning, Sterilization, Qualification & maintenance of Solution preparation systems. Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Vial washing & tunnel, Vial / Ophthalmic /PFS filling & aseptic filtration, CIP / SIP, Filters, Microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System. Understanding and compliance to clean room behavior, Aseptic practices, and Good Documentation practices is a must.
Packaging: Operation, Cleaning, Qualification & Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, On line Integrity testing M/C, Labelling M/C, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packaging M/c, Serialization, Track & Trace System.

Must have handled critical equipment & adopt knowledge like Reactor, Distillation Column, Filters, Centrifuge, Blender, Filters, Scrubbers, Dryers, Pumps, Multi-mill, etc. Responsibility involves adherence to SOPs, meeting production targets, documentation as per regulatory authorities’ requirements, and maintaining safety practices. Education: MSc / B Pharmacy
Experience: 01 to 10 years of experience
Desired Profile :
Experience in performing analysis of RM, Intermediate, FP, or stability samples on HPLC, GC, or UV. Exposure to Method Validation, Verification & Transfer activities on analytical instruments. Handling online troubleshooting of all analytical instruments in the QC lab during analysis. Calibration of instruments like HPLC, GC, GC-MS, XRD, and Potentiometer. Handling of Laboratory Investigation Reports, OOS & OOT. Monitoring of Good Laboratory Practices.

Quality Assurance Jobs
Designation: Executive – Quality Assurance (Injectable/OSD/API)
Education: MSc / M Pharmacy / B Pharmacy
Experience: 01 to 10 years of experience
Desired Profile :
- Responsible for line clearance in the packing and manufacturing area.
- In-process checks during dispensing/manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Monitoring of manufacturing and packaging operations, and validation/qualification activities. Acquainted with the challenge test procedure, and AQL sample plan requirement.
- Online review of BPR & BMR. A sampling of in-process, finished product & stability samples.
