These roles are based in Bangalore and are ideal for professionals with a strong background in synthesis and extensive experience in the CRO industry.

Open Positions:

1. Scientific Manager
   • Location: Bangalore
   • Qualifications: Ph.D. in a relevant field.
   • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in synthesis within the CRO industry.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Provide scientific guidance to team members for the successful delivery of projects.
     • Manage resources and costs effectively to ensure project efficiency.
     • Monitor and review project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
     • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and train team members accordingly.
     • Conduct regular scientific review meetings to keep the team aligned with project goals.
2. Senior Scientific Manager
   • Location: Bangalore
   • Qualifications: Ph.D. with or without Post-Doctoral experience.
   • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in synthesis within the CRO industry.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Lead and mentor a team of scientists to achieve project milestones.
     • Oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize project outcomes.
     • Ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards and are completed within the agreed timelines.
     • Conduct scientific reviews and provide technical support to team members.
     • Ensure that all team members are trained in compliance with safety and technical protocols.
3. Principal Scientific Manager
   • Location: Bangalore
   • Qualifications: Ph.D. with Post-Doctoral experience preferred.
   • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in synthesis within the CRO industry.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Provide strategic leadership and scientific direction to multiple project teams.
     • Manage complex projects with a focus on innovation and quality.
     • Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget management.
     • Lead scientific review meetings, providing high-level technical guidance.
     • Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and are well-trained in technical competencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field is required for all positions. Candidates with Post-Doctoral experience will be given preference, especially for senior roles.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in synthesis within the CRO industry is required for the Scientific Manager role. Senior roles require 5-10 years of experience.
