Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training System Development:
   • Develop and maintain a robust training need identification and implementation system by coordinating with QA and HR departments.
   • Collaborate with the Training In-Charge for analyzing feedback from audits, quality matrices, and regulatory trends to improve current performance levels.
2. Skill Development:
   • Work with the Training and Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to identify and initiate actions to impart desired technical skills to trainers and personnel, focusing on domain strength.
3. Induction Programs:
   • Execute technical induction programs for newly joined employees in coordination with department heads and HR.
   • Prepare and upgrade training modules as needed.
4. Training Effectiveness:
   • Assess the effectiveness of the training system periodically and update the Head of Department (HOD) on progress.
   • Internalize learnings from specialized external training programs.
   • Manage and archive training records effectively.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc. degree.
• 8-15 years of experience in quality assurance and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
