VirchOW Biotech Pvt Ltd is looking to fill multiple positions in Quality Assurance (QMS & IPQA) from Jr Executive to Sr Executive levels. Here are the details:

Position Details

• Designation: Jr Executive to Sr Executive
• Department: Quality Assurance (QMS & IPQA)
• Vacancies: 30 (QMS: 20, IPQA: 10)
• Qualification: M. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M. Sc, or B. Sc (Life Sciences)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Budget: INR 1.9 to 5.4 lac

Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS):
   • Develop, implement, and maintain QMS within the manufacturing facility.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance):
   • Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents.
   • Conduct plant rounds to monitor production operations and ensure quality conformance.
3. Documentation and Sampling:
   • Check equipment logbooks and environmental parameters.
   • Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
4. Supervision:
   • Supervise raw material/packaging material sampling and dispensing.
   • Conduct machine line clearance in the production area.
