Role: Research Associate , Senior Research Associate

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: MSc in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 5-8 years in Synthesis R&D (CRO Only)
Key Skills:
- Executing chemical reactions to synthesize required quantities of molecules using efficient routes and techniques
- Setting up and executing reactions for synthesis of target molecules/compounds
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
About the Department & Responsibilities:
As a part of the Synthesis R&D department, the Research Associate , Senior Research Associate will be responsible for:
- Executing chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules using efficient routes and techniques
- Setting up and executing reactions for synthesis of target molecules/compounds
- Analyzing and characterizing synthesized compounds using various analytical techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Maintaining accurate records of experimental data and results
- Contributing to the development of new synthetic methodologies and techniques
