Job Description
As a Patent Analyst/Executive at Cohance, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing internal Patent Evaluation reports.
- Conducting Infringement analysis/Freedom to Operate analysis.
- Developing in-house process and product strategies.
- Addressing customer queries related to patents.
- Responding to R&D and Regulatory queries concerning patents.
- Conducting literature searches.
- Identifying patentable inventions.
- Supporting in drafting and filing patent applications.
- Assisting in identifying grounds for patent invalidation.
- Monitoring key patents affecting our business.
- Supporting in identifying potential molecules for development.
