Job Description
Role: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Technology Transfer
As a key player in Technology Transfer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and development. Here’s a glimpse of what the role entails:
- Leading a Technology Transfer Team under the R&D vertical at Palli and Oncology locations.
- Equipment selection at Oncology and Palli Facilities.
- Preparation of Master BMR, BPRs, and document management.
- Coordination with various departments for the execution of Scale-up and Exhibit batches.
- Reviewing GMP-related documents.
- Facilitating Change Controls and initiating changes due to revisions in BMR/BPRs and other PD-related changes.
- Studying critical parameters during scale-up batches to optimize CPPs and CQAs.
- Providing input related to batch size, process feasibility, and process parameters to formulation scientists.
- Monitoring and ensuring readiness for the execution of scale-up/feasibility batches.
