About the Role

As a Junior Pharmacovigilance Specialist, you will be a part of TransPerfect’s PV Solutions team. You will support safety data management and regulatory reporting for clinical research projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high standards in adverse event reporting, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform adverse event case processing and documentation.
• Generate safety reports for global health authorities.
• Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Analyze and address safety-related stakeholder complaints in real-time.
• Maintain compliance with MedDRA coding, ICH, and SOP standards.
• Contribute to timely project deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s in Life Sciences (M.Sc)

Experience

• Freshers with excellent academics are encouraged to apply
• 1+ years in Pharmacovigilance preferred but not mandatory
• Internship or academic project experience in clinical/drug safety domains will be an asset

Technical and Functional Skills

• Familiarity with MedDRA coding and Common Toxicity Criteria (CTC)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience using databases such as PubMed, Embase
• Understanding of GCP, GDP, and pharmacovigilance workflows

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Team-oriented and innovative mindset
