Open Position: Scientist – Formulation Development

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solid oral dosage forms, liquid orals, and injectable formulations.
• Work on generic product development aligned with regulatory guidelines.
• Handle formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Document development data as per regulatory and quality requirements.
• Engage in novel drug delivery systems and differentiated product development.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience in formulation R&D (minimum 2 years).
• Familiarity with QbD (Quality by Design) principles.
• Exposure to regulatory documentation for ANDA filings.
• Experience in a reputed CRO or pharmaceutical organization is a must.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics or equivalent specialization)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in formulation development
