Job Overview: Dy. Manager / Manager – Production (Manufacturing)

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Designation: Dy. Manager / Manager – Production
Qualification Required: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 14–18 Years

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Planning

• Manage production planning and daily scheduling
• Ensure achievement of manufacturing targets with optimal resource utilization

Compliance & Documentation

• Prepare, implement, and maintain SOPs and ensure cGMP compliance
• Review and approve BMR/BPR, URS, and qualification protocols
• Oversee preparation and handling of QMS documentation: Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA, etc.

Departmental Coordination

• Coordinate with supporting departments (QA, QC, Engineering) for seamless production
• Assign and monitor roles, responsibilities, and tasks for departmental staff

Training & Audits

• Train subordinates on manufacturing practices, safety, hygiene
• Ensure audit readiness for internal, external, and regulatory inspections

Additional Exposure

• Regulatory experience is a must
• In-depth understanding of market complaint handling and risk management
