Job Role: HCC Medical Coder
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records
- Assign accurate HCC diagnosis codes per ICD guidelines
- Ensure compliance with risk adjustment and audit protocols

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate with CPC, CCS, CRC, or similar recognized certifications
- Experience: 1 to 6 years in HCC coding
- Shift/Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
