Job Responsibilities – Assay Biologist

• Execute cell culturing techniques and cell-based assays such as:
  • Cell viability, transfection, high-throughput screening
  • Western blotting, multiplex ELISA, immunofluorescence, cell migration assays
• Hands-on with biochemical assays like:
  • HTRF, ADP-Glo, Alpha LISA
• Skilled in PBMC isolation, T-cell assays, cytotoxicity, gene expression studies
• Analyze experimental data using GraphPad Prism, Excel, FlowJo
• Ensure high-quality documentation and independent project execution

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Sc or M.Tech in:
  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemistry
  • Microbiology

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant industry/laboratory experience

Key Skills and Competencies

Technical:

• SDS-PAGE, centrifuge operation, ELISA, multi-channel pipettes, multimode plate readers
