Position Details

Role: Process Executive – Data

Key Responsibilities:

• Support L1 Service Desk and Ticketing Applications
• Operate within the US Healthcare domain
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Perform multitasking: voice support and data entry
• Ensure consistent service delivery in a 24×7 shift environment

 Required Educational Qualifications

Only the following education backgrounds are eligible:

• BSc Chemistry
• BPharma

Note: Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education and hold original graduation certificates and mark sheets.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic computer and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical, probing, and multitasking skills
• Self-motivation and initiative-taking mindset

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Comfortable working from office
• Immediate joiners preferred
