Job Description:

Adherence to the cGMP and agreed requirements in the plant.

Review and evaluation of Technology transfer activities. Verification of base documents and participating in risk assessments for mitigation of identified risks.

Prepare and review process validation protocols and reports.

Review of master documents like BMR/BPR and study protocols.

Involve in deviation investigation related to validation batches. Participating in review and decision making for technical issues arising during transfer process. Evaluation of change control for technology transfer.

Assessment of new molecule for evaluating the cleaning validation requirements. Assessment and conclusion of validation strategy for process and hold time.

End to end assessment of product technology transfer process to ensure first-time execution.

Review and compilation of documents for submission as per the submission timelines. Responding to post submission queries and adherence to timelines for response.

Responsible for review of TT batches. Establishment of all customer specific documents like Quality Technical Agreement, Key contacts etc.

Preparation and revision of GMP documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure, lists, sampling plan etc.)

To impart SOP training and on job training with all departments.

To perform any other task assigned by the Head Quality Assurance.
