Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will:

• Provide technical packages responding to customer inquiries related to product specifications, regulatory compliance, and certifications.
• Ensure documentation accuracy by reviewing product and process-related information.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or B.Tech in Life Sciences, Food Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.
• Experience: 5-10 years of quality assurance experience in the food, beverage, biotechnology, or nutraceutical industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of certifications, regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
