Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Officer at Ahlcon Parenterals

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Batch Number Allocation: Managing the allocation of batch numbers for production.
2. Document Preparation: Preparing master copies of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
3. Document Issuance: Ensuring timely issuance of BMR and BPR to relevant departments.
4. Control Sample Monitoring: Overseeing the control sample room and maintaining related documentation.
5. Certification: Preparing GMP and Certificate of Compliance (COC) for third-party stakeholders.
6. Reporting: Sending BMRs, samples, and monthly reports to external parties.
7. Annual Product Quality Review (APQR): Preparing APQR reports as per the scheduled timeline.
8. Document Control: Managing document and data control, including distribution and retrieval of specifications.
9. Logbook Verification: Conducting random verifications of logbooks and issuing new logbooks, formats, and analytical work reports.
10. Inprocess Quality Control: Gaining hands-on experience in inprocess quality control activities.
