About the Roles

1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc
• Key Skills:
  • HPLC/GC method development and validation for OSD.
  • Exposure to regulated markets, including complex generics and oncology products.
  • Expertise in solid-state characterization (XRD, PSD, DSC, etc.) and microbiology.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing standard test procedures, protocols, and investigation reports.

2. Formulation Technology Transfer (FTT)

• Experience: 3 to 8 years (Minimum 5 years for B.Pharm candidates)
• Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm
• Key Skills:
  • Managing technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites.
  • Optimization of process parameters for robust tech transfers.
  • Handling scale-up, exhibit, and launch batches.
  • Troubleshooting during production and addressing deviations/OOS/OOT.
  • Experience with regulated market tech transfer is preferred.

3. Regulatory Affairs (RA)

• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc
• Key Skills:
  • Dossier preparation and review for US and EU markets.
  • Filing variations for regulated and India markets.
  • Expertise in CMC document preparation for solid orals, topicals, and injectables.
  • Managing lifecycle variations and post-approval updates.
  • Familiarity with labeling requirements for US and India markets.
