Current Opening: Associate, Data Management

Job Location:

Mumbai, India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data cleaning procedures and review EDC (Electronic Data Capture) queries under supervision.
• Develop data management plans, validation plans, and related documents with guidance.
• Respond to EDC help desk requests from sites and sponsors.
• Assist in user access management for study systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like 21 CFR 11.
• Participate in internal and sponsor meetings, document minutes, and distribute to team members.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for study databases.
• Prepare and archive study-related clinical documents.
• Support project management and vendor data management activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or IT-related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Freshers (0-1 year experience) in data management, clinical research, or database administration.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
