Qualification:

• M.Sc. or M.Pharm in a relevant field.

Experience Required:

• 4 to 8 years in analytical development with expertise in impurity profiling, regulatory compliance, and modern analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analytical Techniques
   • Perform impurity characterization, including genotoxic impurity analysis.
   • Utilize advanced instrumentation such as HPLC, LCMS, GCMS, ICPMS, etc.
2. Regulatory Compliance
   • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including cGLP and GxP standards.
   • Conduct method validation and verification in alignment with global standards.
3. Specialized Studies
   • Lead projects on nitrosamine impurity method development and validation.
   • Conduct extractable and leachable studies and evaluate elemental impurities.
4. Data Management
   • Utilize LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) for data recording and statistical validation techniques for data analysis.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in advanced analytical methods and equipment.
• Strong understanding of impurity profiling, including nitrosamines and elemental impurities.
• Hands-on experience with method development, validation, and regulatory audit readiness.
