The roles are focused on the production and supervision of tablet and capsule manufacturing processes, with a particular focus on granulation, coating, compression, and bottle packing operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Officer, Sr. Officer, or Executive in the Manufacturing (OSD/Tablet Capsules) department, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and monitoring daily activities related to the processing and holding of drug products.
• Ensuring all processes align with cGMP requirements and maintaining areas and equipment in good condition.
• Handling stability batches and commercial batches as per defined and approved procedures.
• Training subordinates and operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to operations and cleaning.
• Working with equipment such as RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBE (Fluid Bed Equipment), FETTE tablet presses, and Autocoaters/Bottle packing lines with track and trace systems.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, especially in regulated markets.

Qualifications

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in the relevant area.
• Expertise Areas: Granulation, Coating, Compression, Bottle Packing.
• Machine Exposure: Hands-on experience with machines like RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, and Bottle Packing lines equipped with track and trace systems.
• Industry Experience: Experience in working at a regulated plant is essential.
