As an SMA at Icon Plc, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical study processes from planning and initiation to study completion and archiving. You will work closely with global teams and ensure compliance with clinical study protocols and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Management Associate, you will:

1. eTMF Management: Be accountable for the upload and management of documents in the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Accountable for eTMF upload and system management
3. Vendor management under SMA responsibility
4. Accountable for translating asset requirements
5. Accountable for study budget
6. Preparatoin of materials for governance and/or fnancial review cycles
7. Proactively and effectvely identify, oversee and mitigate study risks.

Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for the Site Management Associate role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in eTMF within the clinical research industry.
• Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication skills, speaking with confidence and clarity.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Teams and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, with experience in managing global clinical studies.
