Position Overview: QA Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive

Aishwarya Healthcare is looking to hire dedicated professionals in the Quality Assurance department for the following roles:

• Position: QA Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive
• Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
• Expertise Area: QMS (Quality Management Systems), Validation, Calibration

• Experience Required: 3-5 years in the QA domain
• Educational Qualification: B. Pharm or M. Pharm

Key Responsibilities

As part of the QA team, the selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing QMS: Overseeing Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Validation and Calibration: Conducting and managing the validation of equipment, processes, and systems to ensure consistent and accurate performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all QA processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, both domestically and internationally.
• Documentation: Preparing and reviewing QA documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation reports.
• Audits and Inspections: Assisting in regulatory audits and internal inspections to maintain the company’s high quality standards.

Candidates will also be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D, and supply chain to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Requirement:
  • B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in managing QMS, Validation, and Calibration processes.
