Halol is a key manufacturing hub for Sun Pharma’s Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and tablet production.

Available Positions in Production – Manufacturing (OSD/Tablet)

1. Officer/Senior Officer (Production – OSD/Tablet)

• Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc
• Experience Required: 2-5 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the production processes for granulation, coating, capsule filling, and OSD packaging.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and strict adherence to QMS (Quality Management Systems).
  • Managing the production of specialty products like cytotoxic drugs and sex hormones.
  • Handling batch documentation, process optimization, and maintaining quality control throughout the production cycle.

2. Technician/Management Associate (Production – OSD/Tablet)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience Required: 2-5 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the production of OSD forms such as tablets and capsules, focusing on processes like granulation, coating, and packing.
  • Operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process.
  • Supporting documentation processes and adhering to the company’s safety and quality protocols.
  • Troubleshooting and ensuring equipment operates within prescribed guidelines..
