Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Clinical Data Manager, you will:

1. Study Setup:
   • Review and input into clinical trial documentation (protocols, operational plans, etc.).
   • Lead database design and validation processes.
   • Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for assigned studies.
   • Provide Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) design and ensure the clinical trial database is accurately configured.
2. Study Conduct & Close-Out:
   • Oversee data management activities, including data query management and third-party data reconciliation.
   • Manage database freeze/lock procedures and support audit preparations.
   • Archive clinical study data and documentation.
3. Leadership & Communication:
   • Lead internal and external study team communications.
   • Ensure project timelines, quality, and financial goals are met.
   • Participate in client/vendor meetings to cover data management (DM) aspects.
   • Mentor and train junior DM team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in clinical data management, with leadership in managing clinical trials.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
  • Proficient with EDC systems such as Rave, Viedoc, or Veeva.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
