Job Responsibilities

As part of the Quality Assurance (IPQA) team, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Deep Process Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of production processes, quality checks, and inspection points to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing stages.
2. Deviation Management: Identify and analyze process deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Control Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing control strategies that safeguard product quality at each stage of production, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. SOP Development: Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to stay in line with evolving industry regulations and internal requirements.
5. Documentation and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of quality checks, in-process controls, and batch records, ensuring complete data integrity.
6. Innovation in IPQA: Explore and implement the latest technologies and automation tools to improve the quality assurance process, boosting efficiency and product reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates for the Senior Executive / Assistant Manager role must possess:

• Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
• Experience: 6–9 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in IPQA (In-process Quality Assurance).
