Skill Sets:
Relevant experience in biopharma.
In-depth knowledge of process development, scale-up, intensification, tech-transfer, process characterization, and improvement of process performance.
Extensive experience with a variety of mammalian cell culture bioreactor technologies, including fed-batch and perfusion.
In-depth experience in the laboratory setting with glass,
single-use, and automated bioreactors (e.g. AMBR 15,AMBR250).
Experience in using statistical tools (JMP, Design Expert, Spotfire, SIMCA, etc.) for data mining, data analysis, DoE design and modelling would be desirable.
Education:
MSc / M Tech with 5 to 11 years or PhD with 2 to 6 of research experience, in biology, microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, biotechnology or closely related field
