Parul University Department of Pharmacy Practice, Faculty of Pharmacy, Parul University is commencing 2 years of Residency Program in Pharmacotherapy by January 2023 for Pharm.D. and Pharm.D. PB graduates.
NAME OF PROGRAM:
- Residency Program in Nephrology Pharmacotherapy
- Residency Program in Critical Care Pharmacotherapy
- Residency Program In Cardiology Pharmacotherapy
DURATION: 2 Years
intake; 3 per Specialization
DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
24 months (two years) with 12 Hours of duty per day Residency Program Year One extending for 12 months from the commencement of the academic term Residency Program Year Two’ of 12 months duration commencing after the successful completion of RPY-1
ELIGIBILITY FOR PROGRAM
- Pharm.D. or Pharm.D. (PB) Graduates
- One publication in UGC indexed journal (Desirable) Foreign candidates should have completed the eligible academic program from foreign institutions and should obtain Eligibility
Certificate from Parul University.
STIPEND
First Year: Stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month Upon fulfilling the minimum required working days
Second Year: Stipend Rs.15,000/- per month Upon fulfilling the minimum required working days.
FEES: INR 3 Lakh (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) per year.

AWARD OF THE DEGREE
A resident who has successfully completed the residency program and who has published one Case Report, one Research/ Case Series and one Review Paper will be awarded the Degree by Parul University.
OUTCOME
Upon successful completion of the residency, the resident:-
Will be able to provide improved drug therapy outcomes.
Will pursue positions in a variety of Clinical Practice Settings, Research and Academic.
Will be able to provide individualized patient care as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
